Discounts for children in their parents' room:
Up to 2 years free, from 2 to 6 years, 50% off, from 6 to 12 years, 30% off and over 12 years, 20% off.

Booking confirmation:
Our personalised quote is non-binding and is subject to availability at the time of acceptance. Your reservation is only binding after we have received the deposit and we have sent you our booking confirmation.
Cancellation:
We charge the following fees should you have to cancel your stay:
- More than 1 month before your stay: 30% of the booking value
- 1 month to 2 weeks before your stay: 50% of the booking value
- Within 2 weeks of your stay, or in the event of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the booking value
Anything can happen before the start of your journey or during your stay. To save you from any unexpected expenses, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. You can organise this quickly and easily at: Hotel-Stornoversicherung.
Arrival and departure:
- Check-in: from 2 pm to 8 pm. If you arrive later, we kindly ask you to let us know by phone in advance.
- Check-out: by 10 am. If you wish to leave earlier or later, please let us know.
